My Services

My goal is to provide the best service to my clients as possible.  I offer the following services:

Detailed information on each of these services is presented below:

 

  • Fitness Consulting Service

     

    Fitness Consulting is a personalized consulting service that will educate and empower you to execute your self-managed fitness program.  If you’re motivated and need a safe, effective and comprehensive fitness program to follow, then this is the service for you.

     
    During the Consultation, I educate you on how to implement your exercise and diet program.  You’re also given manuals on goal setting, resistance training, cardio training, and diet for your guidance through the various parts of the program. 

     

    You also get a training journal with a detailed exercise program. I instruct you on the contents of each manual and how to use each manual to effectively self-manage your exercise and diet program.

     

     

    The Fitness Consulting service is totally comprehensive and specifically designed to:

    • Evaluate your fitness needs, goals and objectives
    • Educate you on how to self-manage your exercise and diet program
    • Empower you to effectively implement your exercise and diet program with confidence
    • Equip you to safely, efficiently and successfully meet your fitness goals

    These benefits will be accomplished by the following:

     

    Free Initial Consultation – First meeting with you to determine and discuss your needs and goals, describe the Fitness Consultation service, agree on the consultation services required, establish fees and schedule, and deliver “Pre-Consultation Documentation”.

     

    Pre-Consultation Documentation – Before an effective program can be designed for you, it’s necessary to gather specific information about you prior to the Consultation Session.  A Pre-Consultation Documentation package will be given to you and will contain the following:

    • Health History Questionnaire
    • Lifestyle and Health Questionnaire
    • Goals and Objectives Questionnaire
    • Diet and Nutrition Questionnaire
    • Five-Day Food Diary
    • Body Measurement Form
    • Pre-Consultation Orientation Manual
    • Fitness Assessment manual “How Do You Stack Up?”

     

    Program Design – A unique fitness program will be designed for you based upon the information provided by you in our initial meeting and the Pre-Consultation Documentation.  The Program design will include a resistance training program, a cardio exercise program, an exercise schedule, and diet recommendations.

     

    Consultation – During the Consultation with you, the following information and material will be covered:

    • Discussion of your questionnaire information
    • Review and discussion of the Five-Day Food Diary results
    • Discussion of Body Measurements, body shape and symmetry
    • Discuss “Client Fitness and Health Assessment” report 
    • Development and discussion of your needs, goals, and objectives
    • Introduce and discuss the Exercise Program Design features
    • Resistance Training program benefits and Resistance Training Manual features
    • Cardio Training program benefits and Cardio Training Manual features
    • Discuss Diet options
    • Review your Energy Expenditure Analysis to illustrate importance of RT, Cardio and Diet
    • Discuss lifestyle modifications
    • Discuss Goal Setting, establish goals and objectives for your fitness program
    • Discuss exercise environment
    • Discuss motivation techniques
    • Review features, value and use of personalized “Training Journal”
    • Explain  and schedule “Follow-up Consultation” sessions
    • Hand out “follow-up” materials – Seven-Day Food Diary, Body Measurement Form, Weekly Weigh-in Form
    • Explain Email and phone contact service for additional client support

    Due to the detail and quantity of the material and information offered, the Consultation may be divided into 2 sessions of approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours in length.

     

    Follow-up Consultation – After 4 to 6 weeks, you and I will schedule a Follow-up Consultation session.  During this session, the following items will be covered:

    • Review of Seven-Day Food Diary analysis
    • Review of Training Journal entries and progress attained
    • Review of Body Measurement Form and Weekly Weight-in Form entries
    • Discuss progress to date
    • Answer questions and address concerns
    • Recommendations for adjustments to fitness program
    • Schedule next Follow-up Consultation session for 4-6 weeks later

    After this session, a written report on your exercise and diet program adjustments, suggestions, and recommendations will be provided to you.  Also, new Resistance Training and Cardio Training program workout sheets will be provided.

  • One-on-One Personal Training Service

     

    In addition to the Fitness Consulting Service, you may need a few one-on-one Personal Training Sessions to help familiarize you with the new fitness program that has been designed for you during our Consultation session.  During our initial free consultation session, we can establish whether this extra service is required to help you meet your fitness objectives.

    OR, after reviewing the details of the Fitness Consultation service you have determined that you need a more personal one-on-one fitness program, then consider the Personal Training programs offered at my ResultZ Personal Training website.

     

  • Fitness Facility Design Service

     
    I offer a  design service for homeowners or businesses who want to install a fitness facility in their home or office. Services provided are: fitness room layout and design, equipment selection, equipment location planning, equipment purchase and contractor laison services.

    Fitness facility floor plans are drawn on AutoCAD to assist the client in arranging the equipment in the room and determining how much gym equipment can be placed in the room for efficient and safe workouts. 
    Fitness or gym equipment specifications, prices and catalog data are provided to the client to assist in their purchase decisions. 
    I will also act as the laison between you and the contractor(s) during any room construction or remodeling required to build the fitness facility according to your needs.

  • Public Speaking and Fitness Seminar Presentations
